About the Company

interactions, and creative writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders (Co-founders, Web Engineers, DevOps Engineers) to bring your

project to life.

• Improve our AI moderation systems to identify and filter inappropriate content, including

implementing classifiers for detecting sensitive topics.

• Oversee the creation and optimization of algorithms for LLM behavior adjustments based on

user interactions, focusing on fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

• Develop strategies for multi-AI interactions within group chats, ensuring robust and scalable

solutions.

• Adaptation and fine-tuning of base models for multilingual support

• Manage the creation and maintenance of diverse datasets critical for training and improving

the performance of LLMs.

• Assess and decide on the best technological approaches, choosing between classifiers, fine-

tuning, and other methods based on specific project needs.

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in machine learning, neural networks, and dataset management.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related

fields.

• Proven experience in AI projects, particularly in NLP and LLMs.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable

plans.

Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python, Pytorch,and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.
