Sales Strategy and Execution* Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed retail sales targets.* Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying growth opportunities.* Ensure the consistent execution of promotions and marketing activities in stores.2. Retail Store Management* Oversee retail store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.* Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and inventory levels.* Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to secure strategic shelf spaces.3. Team Leadership* Recruit, train, and manage retail sales staff.* Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for the team.* Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the sales team.4. Customer Engagement* Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.* Actively resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.* Gather customer feedback to improve sales and service delivery.5.
