Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experiencedSystems Administratorto design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient information system solutions that support organizational effectiveness. The role involves overseeing system configurations, installations, performance optimization, and the integration of new functionalities into existing systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance, security, and alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties
  • Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft Windows, virtualization platforms, and hypervisors.
  • Analyze vulnerabilities, assess risks, and deploy security patches across Windows and non-Windows platforms.
  • Utilize Microsoft SCCM and Manage Engine Desktop Central for patch management and deployment.
  • Configure, monitor, and support enterprise systems including:
    • Virtualization platforms
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Patch Management
    • Email Systems
    • Web Filtering Systems
    • Backup Systems (on-premises and cloud)
    • Office 365 & Collaboration Platforms (MS Teams or similar)
    • MFA & SSO systems
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Data/File Servers
    • Storage Area Networks (SAN) and server hardware
  • Provide technical input during internal/external audits and certification processes.
  • Recommend improvements to systems, procedures, and operational efficiency.
Quality, Health, Safety, and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in safety and security activities; exercise stop-work authority when required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and practices to strengthen confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare timely and accurate technical reports and documentation.
  • Communicate system updates, incidents, and issues to stakeholders and supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to resolve technical challenges.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems & M365 Solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, or similar).
  • Proficient in backup, storage, and server hardware systems.
  • Skilled in security patch management and deployment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Email Systems, and Mobile Device Management.
  • Familiarity with LDAP directories, SSL encryption, and SSO systems.
Certifications (two or more required):
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Or equivalent certifications.
Other Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
