Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess student applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility based on specific university requirements.
• Match each application to the appropriate institution/program within the portfolio, ensuring full compliance with entry criteria.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of admission requirements, deadlines, and documentation for each university.
• Act as the primary liaison between the admissions compliance team and the sales team for queries regarding entry requirements, document checklists, and program suitability.
• Flag incomplete or non-compliant applications and provide clear feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions processing team to ensure seamless handover of compliant applications.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales and counselling teams to update them on university changes and compliance processes.
• Monitor changes in admission criteria from partner universities and update internal records accordingly.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the admissions department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in admissions, compliance, or a related role within the education sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international university admission criteria and application processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• knowledge about entry requirements for multiple study destinations with meticulous skill and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high volumes of applications with accuracy and within deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: ₦850,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
