Talent Manager

Talent (Lifestyle) Manager responsible for guiding and nurturing the careers of creative individuals in entertainment industry and influencers by serving as a strategic advisor, advocates, and overseeing all aspects of their clients careers, from securing brand deals, negotiating contracts, building brand image and maximizing earning potentials.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 4 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive career strategies for talent, aligning with their individual goals and aspirations.
• Identify and pursue suitable projects and opportunities through active networking and industry relationships.
• Prepare clients for auditions, interviews, and public appearances by providing coaching and guidance.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, agents, and other industry professionals, ensuring favorable terms.
• Manage client schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with talents, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Advocate for talents interests and protect their well-being throughout their career journey.
Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Manager for a minimum of 4 years.
• Strong network within the entertainment, media, and branding industries.
• Experience in contract negotiation, brand partnerships, and business development.
• Managing public relations, crisis management, and media engagements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and resourceful
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment
• Must live in Lagos (Island preferably)
