Associate HR Consultant

We are an HR Consulting Company located in Lagos looking to urgently hire an Associate HR Consultant to join our growing team.

He / she would be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day employee relations at clients organisations.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Managing calendar of activities at clients organisations.
• Developing and implementing employee recognition initiatives.
• Conducting monthly client site visits, and managing communications with clients.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment on behalf of clients organisations.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Managing employee welfare.
• Overseeing performance management at clients companies.
• Developing and implementing / facilitating learning and development initiatives across clients organisations.
• Providing termination support across clients companies.
• Preparing and proofreading document drafts.
• Participating in HR Audits and other HR consulting services.
• Carrying out research on value-added services.
• Preparing and following up on client proposals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous HR Generalist experience in a fully functional HR role.
• Experience in a similar HR consulting company will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Bachelors in IRPM, HR or similar field.
• Evidence of HR learning / certification.
