Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar/lounge, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement drink menus and promotions to attract customers.
• Generate leads and drive sales through targeted marketing strategies.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Plan and coordinate events, including private parties and themed nights, to enhance visibility and revenue.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor financial performance, preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
• 3 years of experience
