Business Executive
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop business plans to improve market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Analyze business performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Coordination & Leadership: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet business goals. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and business development. Fast-paced, target-driven environment.
