Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Analyst to lead the business growth and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will focus on short, medium, and long-term goals, as well as overall company strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, developing strategic plans, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to the organizations operations, including user engagement, service offerings, financial performance, and customer feedback.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement within the companys operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to address operational challenges.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Develop and present business case analyses, requirements documentation, and process flow diagrams to stakeholders.
• Develop long-term strategies to achieve company goals and improve market position, aligning with the organizations mission and vision.
• Assist in implementing strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, and providing guidance to teams.
• Work closely with senior leadership, various teams, and external stakeholders to gather insights, present recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to optimize performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
• Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the education technology industry and emerging trends in talent development and product delivery.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and holistically.

Compensation: 150,000 - 2500,000 base (+ performance bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
