We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, expand partnerships, and scale our impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase enrollment, revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with organizations, schools, corporate clients, and tech communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent Skillworks at conferences, events, and key industry engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to align business efforts with delivery goals.
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and reports for both internal and external use.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within education, training, or tech industries.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, sales, or partnership development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A passion for digital education and youth empowerment is an advantage.
