Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Sales Lead.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Lead to take charge of our sales function. This person will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and converting new leads into clients for our training, consulting, and recruitment services.
The Business Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, self-starter, and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B sales in the tech or cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients for our core services.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels.
- Conduct consultations and pitch services to potential clients.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to offerings or messaging.
Qualifications
Great communication skills - both written and spoken
- Experience in business development, sales, and finding new clients
- A strong focus on customer service and building client relationships
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Sales experience in tech, training, or consulting is a big plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT services is a bonus
- Good at negotiation and working with people
- Familiar with using CRM tools and tracking sales progress
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
