Job Role: IT Intern

Job OverviewWe are looking for an IT personnel to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems that enhance guest experiences and support staff efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in Managing and maintaining the hotels IT infrastructure, including servers, Wi-Fi networks, and computer systems.

2. Share in the smooth operation of hotel-specific software, including CRM(customer relationship management),booking engines, and revenue management systems and Regularly update and patch software to ensure security and efficiency.

3. Assist to Provide support during events for AV (audio-visual)setup, troubleshooting, and operation.

4. Assist hotel staff with IT-related issues, ensuring they have the tools needed for their roles.

5. Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation for IT processes, systems, and configurations and Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies.

6. Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in a technical role preferably and IT role /2-3years Experience

3. Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware components, networking concepts, and software applications.

4. Experience with IT service management tools.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

8. Must be able to work on OTA.

Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
