Career and Business Adviser

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Career and Business Advisor to guide prospective students in making informed career and educational decisions. Based in Ikeja or nearby areas, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of career development principles, and the ability to inspire and enroll clients in relevant training programs. Youll play a pivotal role in helping individuals align their skills and aspirations with meaningful career and business paths.

Responsibilites:

• Engage with prospective students to understand their goals, interests, and current capabilities.
• Offer tailored career guidance to help individuals explore viable career and business opportunities.
• Develop customized action plans that outline education, training, and development goals for clients.
• Provide updated information and resources, including brochures, course schedules, and program options aligned with clients aspirations.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry demands, and workforce requirements to ensure relevant advising.
Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to successfully enroll prospective students into the firms programs.

Requirements:

• Must reside in or around Ikeja.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to assess individual needs and provide customized career advice.
• Good understanding of career planning, professional development, and business strategy.
• Organized and self-driven with the ability to meet enrolment targets.
• Prior experience in career counseling, educational advising, or a related field is an added advantage.
