A leading microfinance bank is seeking a **Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)** to develop and oversee its compliance framework, ensuring strict adherence to CBN regulations and international best practices.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement compliance policies and risk management strategies.

• Monitor regulatory requirements and conduct compliance audits.

• Advise senior management and the Board on compliance matters.

• Lead compliance training programs and foster a culture of integrity.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting.

• Investigate and address compliance breaches.

### **Requirements:**

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (Advanced qualifications/certifications are a plus).

• 8-10 years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience in banking/finance.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and corporate governance.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
