Job Title: Client Relationship Intern
Location: Sangotedo/Ajah Axis, LagosSalary: ₦120,000 Monthly
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years as a Customer Service personnel in any Industry.
- Location: Must reside in the Sangotedo or Ajah axis.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication, and proactive client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage sales documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain client and sales databases on approved software.
- Collect and document client feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and realtors.
- Provide monthly project updates to clients and realtors, ensuring transparency on milestones and developments.
