Sales Operation Manager

We are seeking motivated Sales & Operations Managers for lube bays (various locations). Oversee daily ops, drive sales, ensure efficient service, maximize customer satisfaction, and contribute to retention & marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of lube bay operations, including workflow, staffing, inventory, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing performance feedback to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Implement and enforce service standards and quality control procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Actively engage with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport to foster long-term loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer retention, including follow-up programs and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local station marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and increase service volume.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory levels of supplies and tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
