Codex Officer

We are seeking a CodexOfficer to manage filed compliance, documentation, and quality control. The role involves Log audits, SOP enforcement, and staff support. Ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy candidates with admin or QA experience, passionate about structured systems and sustainable field operations.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with established operational and quality standards across field locations.
• Conduct regular log audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify any deviations or inconsistencies.
• Provide ongoing training and support to field staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting of QA findings and field activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to provide real-time performance feedback and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and track quality metrics using digital tools to ensure consistent performance and service delivery.
Participate in quality review meetings and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets Docs and Drive
