Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content that effectively communicates our brands message across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop engaging copy for advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and client projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, creative, and persuasive copy for a range of media including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, video scripts, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content strategists to ensure alignment of messaging across all content.
  • Adapt writing style to suit different audiences, platforms, and brand voices.
  • Conduct research and apply SEO principles to create optimized online content.
  • Edit and proofread all content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a media or creative agency setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand storytelling, and SEO.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced media environment.
