Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in Lagos for a Collections Officer. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts. Daily tasks will include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, maintaining debtor records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing debt profiles, and collaborating with other departments to resolve accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Finance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a collections role is a plus
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
