Commercial Assistant

COMMERCIAL ASSIATANT:

We are a forward-thinking aviation company dedicated to delivering premium air travel experiences and aviation solutions. As we expand our commercial operations, we are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our sales, client relations, and documentation efforts. This role is integral to enhancing client engagement—particularly with high-net-worth individuals—and supporting revenue generation within the fast-paced aviation environment.

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME.LOCATION: IKEJA, LAGOS .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support for all commercial activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with aviation industry standards.
  • Conduct targeted market and competitor research to support route expansion, new aviation services, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate commercial proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures tailored to corporate and high-value clients.
  • Maintain and update aviation client databases, sales records, and lead tracking tools to ensure seamless follow-ups and performance reporting.
  • Source and build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, charter clients, and corporate partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Actively support fund recovery efforts by following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with internal finance and legal teams.
  • Support client relationship management through timely communication, response to service inquiries, and coordination of client engagement touchpoints (e.g., flight briefings, post-flight follow-ups).
  • Collaborate in the creation of commercial content, including service pitch decks, tailored presentations, and marketing materials specific to aviation offerings.
  • Compile and analyze commercial data, customer feedback, and key metrics to produce actionable insights for business development and client retention.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide support for commercial meetings, business presentations, aviation events, and internal planning sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a commercial, sales, or administrative support role—preferably within the aviation, private charter, travel, or luxury services sector.
  • Strong ability to communicate and engage with high-net-worth clients and corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales tracking software.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive client and business information.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
