Customer Support Officer
- As a customer support, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience by delivering exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support to users via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Track, document, and follow up on support tickets, ensuring proper resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our platform, services, and updates to educate and guide customers effectively.
- Support onboarding for new users, providing walkthroughs and answering questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the Tech or EdTech industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot is a plus.
Salary N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
