Were seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead and nurture our creator community while managing communications with both creators and brand clients. Youll be responsible for fostering engagement, building loyalty, and driving activation across our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that drive participation and retention among creators.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with creators and brand clients, ensuring a sense of connection and trust.
- Manage communications across social platforms, emails, and community channels to share updates, opportunities, and relevant content.
- Own and execute CRM communication plans to maintain consistent and impactful outreach.
- Gather feedback from the community to inform platform improvements, product features, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate community events (online or offline), AMAs, webinars, or networking sessions.
- Track community health metrics, engagement rates, and activation trends, reporting insights to leadership. Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to align community goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in community management, influencer/creator marketing, or customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), community platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups), and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creator culture, digital communities, and brand storytelling.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
