Crypto Trader

Were looking for a Quantitative Crypto Trader with a strong understanding of on-chain markets and asset management across ecosystems like Base, Solana, and Ethereum. If you have a passion for crypto, experience deploying capital across different chains, and a solid grasp of market dynamics, this role is for you.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year

• Trade and manage crypto assets across major L1 and L2 ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Base)
• Monitor markets and identify profitable opportunities using a data-driven approach
• token performance, liquidity, volatility, and on-chain trends
• Work with the team to allocate capital efficiently and hedge risk where appropriate
• Stay up to date with protocol upgrades, ecosystem developments, and market structure changes
Help improve tools, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks for the trading team

Requirements:

• Experience actively trading or managing crypto assets (DeFi, L1/L2 ecosystems, tokens, yield strategies, etc.
• Familiarity with Base, Solana, Ethereum, and their respective DeFi ecosystem
• Understanding of crypto markets, liquidity dynamics, and portfolio construction
• Comfortable making decisions based on data, not just intuition
• Ability to move quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years experience in trading, investing, crypto operations, or related role
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic scripting for analysis
• Exposure to risk management or treasury management in crypto settings
