Job Summary:

Our client in the real estate industry is looking to engage a Customer Relationship Manager to lead client engagement strategies, oversee customer interactions, and ensure satisfaction to drive retention and business growth.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and VIP clients.

· Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements.

· Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client engagement strategies.

· Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years experience in customer relationship or account management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
