We are looking for a Customer Service Lead with a strong background in the restaurant industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has previously held a leadership role in customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance and professionalism
- Train the team on Customer Service etiquette.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
- Maintain and improve service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Work closely with restaurant management to align service delivery with operational goals.
- Follow up on team reporting and spearhead team meetings.
- Maximize team efficiency.
- Train new customer service staff and conduct regular performance reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role (supervisor, team lead, or manager)
- Background in the restaurant or food service industry is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team under pressure and maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
