Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ibadan. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks will include responding to customer queries, managing customer accounts, providing support and feedback, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in managing Customer Experience and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
