Design and Production Assistant

Role Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design and Production Assistant to support our design and production teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, working closely with experienced designers and artisans to bring collections to life.Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn about ethical and sustainable production practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with design development, sample coordination, and fittings
• Assist the design team with research, sketching, fabric sourcing, and sample development.
• Support production planning and quality control
• Maintain production records and materials
• Ensure adherence to our sustainability values

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/HND in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for ethical and sustainable fashion

Pay is between 70k - 120k based on experience.
