Your main responsibilities will include identifying client needs and demands and selling insurance products accordingly. The ultimate goal is to build strong relationships, drive growth, and enhance our firms reputation. The more sales you make, the more commission you earn with added bonuses, base pay and rewards. Minimum Qualification: NCE/OND/HND/BSC Location: Sabo Yaba Lagos, Lekki Lagos, Apapa, Mushin, Ilupeju (Lagos State Only) please for only those that lives in LAGOS STATE ONLY Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. Contact potential clients and establish rapport through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Assess the needs and demands of both business and individual customers and sell them suitable insurance protection plans. Gather information from clients regarding their risk profiles to provide them with the most appropriate solutions. Prepare reports for shareholders on the success of your business endeavors. Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, sales, and terms. Verify insurance claims to reinforce trust and protect our reputation. Continuously update your knowledge of the industry and apply it in the field. Adhere to all company-established policy obligations. Qualifications: OND, HND, /B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
