Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to identify, secure, and manage sponsorships for Afrik Events prestigious programs. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with sponsors, developing customized sponsorship packages, and ensuring sponsors achieve maximum value through their association with Afrik Events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Prospecting: Identify companies, organizations, and brands whose values align with Afrik Events. Build a robust pipeline of potential sponsors across diverse industries.
  • Sponsorship Outreach: With our compelling pitches and proposals, approach decision-makers to present tailored sponsorship opportunities.
  • Deal Negotiation: Develop and negotiate sponsorship agreements that provide mutual benefits, ensuring the successful closure of high-value deals.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, nurturing strong, long-term partnerships through effective communication and consistent updates.
  • Sponsor Integration: Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure seamless sponsor activation, visibility, and recognition at events.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze the impact of sponsorships, providing detailed reports to sponsors showcasing the ROI of their involvement.
  • Marketing and Collateral Development: Work with the marketing team to create persuasive pitch decks, sponsorship packages, and promotional materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date record of sponsors and prospects for ongoing and future opportunities.

Renumeration:

  • Strictly Commission-Based: Earn a competitive percentage of the sponsorship deals you secure, with uncapped earning potential. Detailed commission structures will be discussed during the interview process.
