Job Title: Digital Content Marketer

Location: Hybrid (⅕) Ogba, Lagos.

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Content Marketer to enhance our online presence across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn etc. This role involves crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Tyms brand voice and business objectives.
• Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, and videos.
• Manage and grow Tyms presence on Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports lead generation and brand awareness goals.
• Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to engage the audience and build community.
• Track social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Implement and maintain social media calendars to organize campaigns, promotions, and key content themes.
• Manage social media advertising efforts in collaboration with the performance marketing team when needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in digital content marketing, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
