Dispatch Rider

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. Duties include loading and unloading goods, following delivery schedules, and ensuring all items are handled with care.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Navigate using GPS and maps to find the most efficient routes.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient details and delivery confirmations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and recipients.
• Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
• Ability to navigate using GPS and maps
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Must have a smart phone
