Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives targeted at enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies that drive revenue growth in large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-focused marketing campaigns to promote our HRIS/ERP offerings to HR leaders, IT decision-makers, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and client needs.
• Create targeted content, presentations, and messaging for C-level and decision-maker engagement.
• Develop competitive intelligence and market insights to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in [SaaS, IT].
• Prior experience in a fast-paced or high-growth organization.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Sales
• Experience marketing to enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary- 70,000net + 20% on all closed sales deal.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
