As we grow our presence in Nigeria and West Africa, were looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager to lead our expansion and forge strong industry partnerships.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Partnership Manager to lead business development efforts within Nigeria. The role is focused on identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with distributors and importers of solar panels, inverters, batteries , and related equipment. Youll play a key role in expanding Synafares market presence and building a robust network of partners who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key distributors, wholesalers, and importers across Nigeria
- Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on solar and renewable energy equipment.
- Identify and engage financial partners.
- Present partnership proposals, negotiate deals, and close distribution agreements
- Provide market insights, pricing intelligence, and feedback to internal teams
- Support partners with onboarding, training, and sales enablement tools
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring sustained growth
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and compliance teams to streamline operations Represent Synafare at local industry events, exhibitions, and trade missions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, hardware distribution, or related industries (e.g FMCG)
- Strong network of contacts in the solar/energy distribution ecosystem within Nigeria
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of importation processes, distributor dynamics, and market pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel locally and regionally as required
