Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at AFARI Travels & Tours. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing expense reports, coordinating diary schedules, and offering general administrative assistance. The role is based in Lekki with the flexibility of some work from home.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and diaries
- Strong administrative assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
The location is Lekki Phase 1, and the salary is #150,000 with a commitment fee of #50,000
