Executive Sales Associate

Were seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Associate to join our team. As an Executive Sales Associate, youll be responsible for mobilizing Assets Under Management (AUM) and driving revenue growth. Your performance will be incentivized through a commission-based structure, offering unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mobilize AUM through effective sales strategies and relationship-building

- Identify and engage with potential clients to promote financial products and services

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth

- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings

Compensation Package:

- Commission-based structure: 0.5% per annum on average AUM mobilized

- Performance bonuses:

- ₦75,000 bonus on an average AUM of ₦200 million mobilized

- ₦150,000 bonus on an average AUM of ₦400 million mobilized

- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage

Requirements:

- Age: 45 years or younger as of December 2025

- Relevant work experience in a financial institution

- Minimum educational qualification: OND, HND, or BSc
