Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and deadlines.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align production plans with demand forecasts.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control:

Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure all products meet the companys quality criteria.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify and resolve issues.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and supervise production staff, including line managers, operators, and quality inspectors.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

Inventory and Resource Management:

Optimize the use of resources, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring timely procurement to avoid production delays.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the production budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Analyze production costs and suggest improvements to enhance profitability.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training sessions for staff.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production.

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
