Restaurant Attendants

Job Brief

We seek to hire Restaurant Attendants to work within our restaurants and attend to our walk-in customers.

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with JEKAPLAY and FILLUPs Standards.

Our ideal candidates should be able to communicate well with aim to satisify our clients need, manage their section, and maintain a clean and organized environment,but not limited to the following responsibilities ;

They are also responsible for;

• Welcome customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer concerns.
• Understand Jekaplays menu and the availability of dishes/ varieties.
• Set and reset tables, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure proper table presentation.
• Process payments, manage cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate bills.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Double check with client before entering final order.
• Work colaboratively with Kitchen staff and follow-up on Orders for quick delivery.
• Check in with customers during their meal.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Skills and Qualities:

• Be able to interact with customers and staff.
• Be Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor to create a positive experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, organize assignments, and track orders.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and drinks.

Location : Lagos.

Remuneration: 50,000- 60.000 (NGN)
