Overview:We are hiring a Finance Associate for a fast-growing fintech company based in Yaba, Lagos. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a solid foundation in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory financial regulations.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for reviews and filings.
• Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Experience working in a startup or fintech company is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
