Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven FX Sales Specialist to join our team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving foreign exchange (FX) sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients. This position requires a deep understanding of FX markets, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients for Mansus FX trading services.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

• Educate clients on FX products, pricing, and risk management solutions.

Market & Client Management

• Monitor FX market trends and provide clients with relevant insights and trade opportunities.

• Work closely with traders, risk managers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of FX transactions.

• Provide clients with regular market updates and advisory services.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and sales activities.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FX sales or related roles .

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the financial services sector.

• Strong knowledge of FX markets, currency trading, and hedging strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a financial institution, brokerage firm, or fintech company.

• Strong network of corporate clients or institutional investors.
