Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our on-site team in Ibadan. In this role, you will design and implement scalable web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. You will develop and maintain RESTful APIs, troubleshoot and debug applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, design discussions, and help drive the overall improvement of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Build and maintain robust, responsive, and user-friendly front-end and back-end

• ⁠RESTful API Development: Develop and integrate APIs to enable smooth communication between front-end and back-end services.

• ⁠Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring seamless functionality.

• ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

• ⁠Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in regular peer reviews, share feedback, and contribute to establishing best coding and security practices.

Key Requirements

• Front-End Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus experience with at least one modern framework (e.g., React or

• ⁠Back-End Expertise: Experience with Node.js and Express, or Python (e.g., Django/Flask).

• ⁠Database Experience: Familiarity with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• ⁠Version Control: Comfortable working with Git and Git-based workflows.

• ⁠Security & Best Practices: Understanding of web security fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.

• ⁠Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
