Would you like the opportunity to work within a growing, dynamic, wealth creation crypto platform. We are seeking a qualified candidate to join UGG. Youll be joining a team of Associates and Global executives and we require an experienced crypto-centric Researcher and Development Associate who understands the intricate workings of the crypto sector with regards to blockchain security, crypto exchange security, crypto exchange stable coin development,Development of multi use-case blockchain blue print etc.

This is an exciting position for a Masters degree or PHD holder who is versatile and has had the opportunity to work in either FinTech or fast moving technology businesses or crypto research and development and is passionate about designing a world class blueprint which could ultimately lead the crypto Industry. We are looking for someone who is committed to adding value by delivering globally acceptable crypto development templates through in-depth research as required by the Company.

The role has an exciting potential to be high profile and to have an exposure to a Global Crypto Community dedicated to wealth creation.

Specific duties and responsibilities may vary considerably as we expand with pace. They currently include:

• Developing and preparing alongside the R and D team a globally acceptable publication on blockchain research and Development

• Developing high level of research and solution to security of a global cryptocurrency exchange platform

• Researching investment opportunities for management

• Assisting management in non-R & D business development activities worldwide, as required

• Assisting management in recruiting immediately essential staff and partners worldwide

• Researching Reports for Global Publications

• Developing cutting edge technology with regards to crypto security and exchange

• Liaising with management executives on the state of research and possible investment options.

• Creating and maintaining effective working relationship between research colleagues and Development team

Skills and specifications for the role:

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to package information clearly for the team and Management Executives

• Ability to work in versatile departments and areas of the businesses covered by the Group.

• Ability to work both independently: Written, verbal and visual

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to listen and communicate well with team.

• Great knowledge of Cryptocurrency

• Available publications to prove knowledge of Rand D in the crypto sector

• Team player and experience of working in a team environment

• Efficient time management skills to plan research objective and prioritise accordingly

• A deep rooted desire to continue to learn,development and implement procedures.
