Grill Chef

  • repare, season, and cook meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on grills, broilers, or open flame according to established recipes or customer preferences.
  • Ensure all grilled items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill area, tools, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs for reordering or restocking with the kitchen store or supervisor.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food during service.
  • Ensure portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Follow all safety procedures for handling grilling equipment, hot surfaces, and food storage.
  • Create and recommend new grill items or specials based on guest preferences and seasonal availability.
  • Comply with hotel policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in training new grill or kitchen staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
