Job description

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the exceptional team for a well-known operation in Benin City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a food and beverage operation and the ability to manage high-volume dining while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure that every guest has a memorable experience by maintaining the highest levels of service and attention to detail.
• Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Responsible for cost control, and revenue generation.
• Implement and enforce service and operational standards, including regular quality checks and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings, ensuring they align with the operations brand and guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
