JOB SUMMARYThe Growth/Marketing manager spearheads product marketing and performance-driven strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention using data-driven analysis. This individual will be responsible for enhancing conversion rates, driving engagements across multiple channels, Through reaching target markets and customers, and also driving strategies that fuel our customer growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:Drive new user acquisition across various marketing channels (e.g., digital ads, SEO, email campaigns, partnerships, etc.).Analyse and optimize existing customer funnels across multiple channels to identify growth opportunities.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and content to align growth marketing strategies and maximize impact.Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other methods to optimize messaging, customer acquisition strategies, and user journey experiences.Utilize CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.Analyse Competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Develop and execute strategies that directly contribute to increasing revenue, such as pricing strategies, upsell/cross-sell tactics, and customer lifetime value (CLV) maximization.Oversee content creation, from blog posts to video content and webinars, ensuring messaging is on-brand and aligned with growth objectives.Oversee and optimize paid and organic marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Develop strategies to increase customer retention through loyalty programs, personalized messaging, or other customer engagement tactics.Create detailed reports on growth metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to track and communicate results to senior leadership.

Desired SkillsKnowledge of Data analysis and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and other marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
