The Head of Communication will lead and manage all aspects of internal and external communication for the organization. This role is crucial in shaping and delivering the companys messaging, reputation, and overall communication strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the communications team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of communication initiatives.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.
- Ensure effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Protect and enhance the organizations brand and reputation through consistent messaging and branding efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and government
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters. Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, a masters degree is often preferred.
- Extensive experience in communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in digital communication too
