Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized housekeeper to manage household chores, ensure cleanliness, and support the daily routines of a family of four. The household consists of 2 working parents, 2 teenage girls and a small dog. The ideal candidate must be reliable and proactive, with excellent housekeeping and time-management skills.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set breakfast for the children before 6:00 AM
• Pack and place breakfast for Sir/Madam in the car before 7:00 AM.
• Turn off all unnecessary lights before school runs.
• Wait with family members until they leave before commencing house chores.
• Ensure Bellas (the family dog) breakfast is served and her area is clean.
• Clean bedrooms and bathrooms daily.
• Organize and arrange wardrobes, ensuring school uniforms are ready.
• Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the house.
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and organized.
• Supervise workmen when they are on the property and ensure they clean up afterward.
• Report any damaged equipment promptly.
• Ensure children change into house clothes after school.
• Confirm the next days school uniform is ready.
• Discuss meal preferences and activities for the next day with Madam and the children.
• Ensure dinner is ready and served between 6:30 - 7:00 PM.
• Monitor and conserve electricity; switch off security lights by 6:00 AM daily.
• Maintain a ‘No Surprise policy—proactively communicate household needs.
Keep track of household supplies and notify Madam when restocking is required.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience
• Minimum of SSCE
• Good communication skills
