HR

The HR Officer plays a strategic and operational role in driving a high-performance workforce, maintaining an excellent corporate culture, and supporting employee success. You will manage end-to-end HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement—ensuring alignment with the firms mission to dominate the real estate marketing space.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract top sales, marketing, and operational talent.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Onboard new hires with structured induction, training, and integration processes.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Prepare and administer employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Performance & KPI Management

  • Work with departmental heads to define and track KPIs for all roles.
  • Organize regular performance reviews and employee check-ins.
  • Recommend PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) where necessary.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Plan staff engagement initiatives, trainings, and team-building activities.
  • Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure workplace harmony.

Training & Development

  • Identify employee training needs in admin, sales, digital marketing, and customer service.
  • Coordinate in-house or external training programs to boost skill levels.

Administrative Support

  • Collaborate with the Admin Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Contribute to developing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Provide support for company-wide projects and operational rollouts.

Pay: From ₦120,000.00 per month
