Hub Sales Agent
Job Description Summary
The Hub Sales Agent is responsible for driving customer engagement and boosting product sales at the Hub. This role involves providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales, an approachable personality, and the ability to retain customers by building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hub to ensure smooth and seamless activities.
- Engage walk-in customers, profile them, and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Actively promote and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in need of basic inquiries.
- Escalate customer complaints or issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the hub to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and retain a loyal customer base by developing strong relationships and ensuring positive experiences.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- OND/HND or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, or customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Must reside within the location.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
