Junior Application Developer

• Minimum Qualification :

As the Junior Full Stack Developer, youll be responsible for converting manual business processes into applications using various technologies. Youll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. Youll write clean and functional code on the front and back end. What You Will Do

• Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage existing internal applications. (Web Applications and Power Apps Application)
• Identifies and implements automation opportunities.
• Creates, executes, and evaluates unit/integration tests.
• Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards.
• Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.
• Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.
• Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet business and technical needs.
• Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
• Create a report, and dashboard, predict/interpret data collected as it affects the business.
• Provides implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post-install, data migration, and other artifacts as required including creating support plans.
• Collaborates with the Delivery Team, System Administrators, and Solution Architect to improve production deployments, platform operations, and environment stability when needed.
• Define criteria and conduct proof of concepts, proof of value, and prototyping to evaluate product and feature value and consideration for the organization.
• Help manage product requirements and gap assessments to influence product roadmap directly.
• Partner with IT Leaders on business case development with careful consideration of migrating from current or legacy solutions and approaches.
Adheres to security management practices and promotes established security standards.

What You Need To Have

• Relevant Degree
• 2 - 4 years cognate experience in IT digitization and automation and at least 2 years experience with app development using Laravel/react/angular and PowerApps Management.
• Certification in the Microsoft Power platform is an advantage.
• Experience delivering complex and scalable business-driven solutions.
• 1-2 years experience developing in Power-BI and Power Page.
• Experience programming in MS SQL Server and Azure SQL Server.
Experience designing and implementing Agile or DevOps processes will be an advantage
