Company Description Solo-May Geoservices is a consultancy firm established in 2018, offering professional services including; Geological and Geophysical Surveying Borehole Drilling and Maintenance Enviromental Monitoring Geotechnical Surveying Environmental Impact Assessmen Mine Site Prospecting Technical Support and Training Services Research Solutions Procurement and Business Support Services Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Geologist at Solo-May Geoservices. The Junior Geologist support the technical team lead and will be responsible for carrying out field work, logging exercise, sampling, geological mapping, geophysical surveying, and drilling. The position is located in Ibadan, with the possibility of some work from home. The position may require frequent traveling and camping at remote locations. Qualifications

  • Field Work and Logging skills
  • Geological Mapping and Geophysics skills
  • Experience in conducting geological surveys and analyzing data
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • OND, HND or Bachelors degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field
  • Proficiency in geological software and tools
    • Driving skill with a valid license will be an added advantage.
